do i need to put. my karoq in brake service mode when replacing brake pads

hello i previously had a Mercedes, and when i would replace the rear brake pads, i would have to go thorugh a secrect brake service menu for the electronic hand brake 

i was wondering is there i need to do  or is there a secrect menu i need to do to enter brake service mode or can i just change the rear brake pads and rewind the brake pistons by the tool? and not have not enter the secret menu or something like that
