Hello guys, I really need some help.

 

I can't open the tailgate boot on my superb estate ,even by using the litle hole inside the boot. How can I get out of this mess ,how may I access the latch to open it  ?

 

Forgot to mention my boot isn't eletric.

I found this, it's exactly my problem , but I'm not understanding how he managed to open it just by distroying the plastic he shows.

Here is what he said.

 

Type. I crawled from inside the cabin, then broke the lock with screwdrivers, unfortunately I had to make a small cut to get to the main lock of the lock.
Unfortunately, this is unlikely to happen without harm...

I removed the panel fom the inside, and unscrewed the lock from the tailgate than I had to completly distroy the lock (although I found out it was probably in perfect condition) I hurt myself while doing it and damaged the car with the screwdriver. Not a good day but I was able to find what happend , it's in the video below.
