There is a knocking noise on cold starts, sound like injectors on a diesel, goes away once driven a few miles.

Also, seems to need a few extra revs to get a smooth take off from stopped.

Is this normal or do I need a trip to the stealer?

 

 

 

Tapping noise re injectors is normal re Tsi engines but shouldn’t be audible inside the cabin.
