Hi guys. I've owned a 2019 Octavia 1.6 diesel for just over a week. I am getting a smokey smell coming from the air vents I think. Not sure if it is dangerous to me. Any ideas what it could be please?

I had the flexible section of the downpipe on mine go porous, with similar effects to you describe, at least if the smoke has a diesel smell.

Maybe the pollen filter needs changing. You could take it out and have a sniff.
