Ive read the existing articles on my issue and the best instruction i found was this one - 

My question is how do i get this thing to permanent 12v?

I drive an EU car with fuse box on the left side and glove box on the right,
What things would i require to connect it?

Remove the fusebox, pull out the purple locking tab and install the fuse terminal. Install the fuse. Job jobbed

 

The wire is already terminated to connect into the fuse box.
