Hi, 

 

first post so go easy.  We are looking to use the car for car camping and wondered is there any tips to prevent battery drain. i would be potentially leaving the boot open and connecting a tailgate tent, does the boot light go out automatically, or would i have to disconnect it?

 

Any other tips to prevent battery drain would be appreciated. i have turned off the motion sensor for when the alarm is on.
