Hi, I’m the process of buying my brothers VRS 2005 mk1. It’s been sat for 3 years, started occasionally etc.

needs front end suspension, wishbones ball joints etc but apart from that it’s good.

It has stage 1 remap so Approx 220bhp and assuming it’s a K03s turbo?

What turbos to people replace these with to make more power? K04? IHi?

Ideally I’d want the simplest install possible.

any other modifications required? Oil feed etc? Anything else to consider.

I believe it’s AUQ, what power are they good for?

It's the torque that kills these, keep it under 300lb/ft, maybe ok, these are old engines now, FMIC. bigger TIP, fuel pump is probably tired now, and deep pockets
