Does anyone know what this is and what it does? Or if its even supposed to be in the car? I’ve searched for all the Numbers on it, serial number is scratched though, kinda sus. And yes, a bunch of the wires are cut off, it was like that when i found it..

Either that or an alarm / immobiliser from the same manufacturer

Yeah I saw that during my Google searches. Kinda hoped it wasn’t that because it seems like they have bypassed it somehow. I guess therefor the scratched out serial number. Do you think it’s possible to remove? My issue is i measured With a Multimeter and i think it’s shorted.
