Superb MK2 Facelift - Remote Not Working

Hello friends , 

I got a problem with a Superb MK2 facelift from 2014.

The car has keyless system. One of the remote , will not unlock from buttons , but the car start with that key.

On VCDS i got the following error

00955 - Key 1

005 - No or Incorect Basic Setting / Adaptation

But , when i try to go to addaptation and to the channel where can learn new remote , it tells me that CHANNEL NOT AVAILABLE.

Could you tell me , how can relearn the remote ? 

The CCM is 1K0 937 087 AN
