Skoda Citigo Locking Mechanism

Hi all

 

I have recently purchased a Skoda Citigo S 2012 plate 3dr. I have noticed that the locking mechanism for the front left passenger door does not lock when the key is turned in the drivers door. I believe the locking mechanism for the passenger side door has gone, but I wondered if anyone knows whether it is possible to manually lock the car door in the meantime?
