when trying to load map on dashboard  it just says trying to connect, Škoda say it’s a software fault . I have registered that I will return the car if it is not fixed soon. I am told today a software update I due in the next week. Where have I heard that before 

I agree it's a problem that shouldn't be there (it's not on my mild hybrid) but I'm amazed how many use the onboard satnav.
