Fuel return pipe leakage 1.6 tdi (Mark2/3 intermediate!).

Featured Replies

Recently removed and replaced the injectors to cure an oil leak.    Fuel return pipe was damaged in the process so replaced it.   Now the connectors pop out (only one at a time) when running.   I fitted new clips but there is not supposed to be any pressure in this side of the system?    I have another new line which I will fit and I think I will wind some wire round to hold them in place (pipe fits into the side of the injectors in my car) but I wonder why it should have developed this quirk.   Any one any ideas?

Hi, have the same issue. Too much pressure in return line. Done a minimum quantity deviation few weeks back too. Did you find the answers to your issue?
