lane assist, front assist, rear assist don't work, car won't start

Featured Replies

I bought new skoda kodiaq 2 months ago. Today, when I came back from the shop, the car didnt want to start. It was stating that assist system is not available (lane assist, rear assist, front assist). It also said to press the brak before starting the car (the break was pressed and when I pressed the start button nothing happened). After 5 minutes car started normally.

What could be the problem?

As we discussed in the thread I linked the assistance error is common and there is a update for the car ready by Škoda.

@shootek and that is the reason the car didnt start?

That I do not know, as all of my (many) errors happened during driving.

But to me it is probable as the car checks all the systems before ignition.

Best to contact your dealer an go from there.
