Skoda Fabia MK3 2016 Air motor

Hello!

Recently my dear Fabia has started making terrible noises when pressing the block/release fresh air button next to AC button.

My mechanic has told me on phone that I need to replace the "Fresh Air Motor". Something about a cog that is made of plastic that has broke.

I've been searching for such an item for few days and best I've come up with it are those:

1. Servormotor Heating Set-Up

2. Recirculator Flap Motor

3. Air Flap Motor Acutator

Which of them is it? Or are they all the same item just with different names?
