@PetrolDave & @crc77 Did either of your tale the plunge?

Yeh I went for the RPM Performance anti-drone one. Haven’t fitted it yet, it’s sitting at home. When fitted I’ll report back

Do you have a VRS or are you trying this on a different engine @crc77?

Be interested to know how it goes, please!

I've got the same EA888 Evo3b with a GPF, and wouldn't mind a bit more (well, some) sound.

I finally got around to installing the RPM performance anti drone res delete this morning. It took me about 75 minutes on jack stands at home. Bought a cheap exhaust pipe cutter off Amazon. Very easy job all in all.

The advertised anti drone aspect of the product is bang on, no drone at all. It releases a little bit more volume. Not intrusive and feels factory. In fact this is how it should have come from the factory! I compare it to my old stock 2016 S3 with the exhaust flaps open.

Don’t think on this one, just do it, in my opinion.

I will be adding a downpipe at some point, so will be interested to hear if any drone comes in then. If so, I will just refit the stock resonator. For now, perfect.

EDIT: note this was fitted on a non GPF RS245
