I take it there are no buttons on the steering wheel to answer an incoming handsfree phone call or to end a call?

 

Is the only option to press the answer/end call buttons on the screen?

You can, with the right scroll wheel.

How does it work? Scroll up/down to answer/end call?

 

It’s been driving me mad not being able to answer/end a call from the steering wheel.

The right circle in the display behind the steering wheel shows either red (hang up) or green (answer) phone logo.

You can scroll between red and green with the right scroll wheel. Pressing it will execute the action. Can't be much more intuitive if I'm honest.

I’m just used to having an answer and end call button on the steering wheel - This is my first Skoda.

Ok... Tbh, that would be more intuitive 😛

I don't seem to have this option, once I'm on a call there is nothing on the dash to indicate a call is taking place, and the right scroll button just goes through the normal view options. Could it be my phone?

No, I’m finding the same.

 

I can answer a call with the scroll button but can’t end a call with the scroll button - Like you, it just scroll through the menus.

When someone is ringing you, your right scroll wheel can be used to answer and hangup from memory

BUT in middle of the call the option to hang up is gone

Frustrating that you have to press screen

A button to initiate call and hangup call is common sense !!!
