Front screen wash nozzles

Featured Replies

The driver's side screenwash nozzle on my car is partly obstructed. I have tried the usual tricks to clear it but have been unsuccessful. Has anyone worked out to remove the nozzle? Can it be withdrawn from above or do I have to remove the wiper arms and the plastic panel the nozzles are mounted in?

Any suggestion would help.

Thanks

I'd say due to the age of the car, the plastics may be a little brittle, so I would recommend taking the wiper arms and scuttle panel off, then removing them by pushing the tabs underneath. Hardest part will be getting the wiper arms off. Whilst there always a good idea to cleam out the scuttle panel and drains as these fill up with crud.
