HI. I have an Octavia Mk4 21plate PHEV. The infotainment screen is not working so apart from not having any music, a number of warning and information systems are not working. Has anyone got any ideas as to the reason or possible solutions

Try forcing a reset - hold the on/off button for at least 10 seconds until it begins a reboot.

    OK will do. Other than that could it be a fuse problem?
