Bolero again

Hello Folks,

The Bolero system in my 2015 Yeti has taken a huff, I picked the car up from it's MOT yesterday to find the radio would work, but the CD player says no CD's in it, but there are, the screen goes dim when I try to access the CD player and just freezes, saying please wait, it won't eject or load CD's. The music won't play through my telephone, although the phone call/receive system in the car works fine. I know this is not an uncommon problem, but for the life of me I couldn't find out if anyone has come up with a fix?, is there a fix?. I'm about to go and pull the fuse, or maybe disconnect the battery, but it would seem this is not the answer?.
