Hi. You have a newer software version that I do on my 2020 Karoq - MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P27000P with software 0230, however I am unable to download the software from here as it takes me to mibsolution one that is offline.

Any idea where I could download the software?

Also, mine does not have the SD card unit so I would have to do it via USB-C stick i guess.

Thank you. In the meantime i paid for Care Connect and Infotainment Online services and I see that the Software has been updated from 0230 to 0270 (not sure why not something higher as I saw that the last is 300+).

Unfortunately, the maps version did not update - i'm on a super old version - 20.9 (so september 2020) and there is no menu for "requesting" an update for Navigation - as far as I found.

I can either update from a USB, or remain how it is.

Any idea how to update the OS further than 0270 or how to officially update the navigation OTA from the paid service?
