I just completed my first year owning an Octavia RS TSI - and the dealer told me to do a first year checkup (I have around 12.000 km done).

I was thinking about changing oil and oil filter - is there anything else worth checking or doing?

The tyre pressure check obviously if not regularly done.

Reset the Tyre Pressure Monitor system. TPMS.

Would be sensible to get wheels off and check the tyre wall you can not see.

Maybe move Front wheels to rear and rear to front.

Look at the Pollen filter. Vacuum it, clean the area.

Lubricate hinges etc, the stuff that some Dealerships might or might not do.

Coolant level checked, brake fluid level.

Visual inspection of the Air filter, all paint, sills / lower sills etc etc.

This is basically a SKODA OIL & INSPECTION SERVICE, and with bits a SKODA Workshop might not be doing at 1 or 2 years,
