I have a 2022 Kodiaq SE L Executive Tsi 4x4. I use an iPhone on the latest iOS (18.4). All used to be well. My phone immediately connected wirelessly to the car or connected immediately by cable. The wireless connection just stopped working about 2 months ago. I hadn't altered any settings. Eventually, I factory reset the car and reconnected the phone. At once, the wireless wifi connection worked. After a few days, I had to plug in to charge. All well and cable worked. However, after that I could no longer connect wirelessly. Now the cable connection is intermittent too. Thoughts please.

Might well be iOS 18 update. What I would do is remove the phone from car Bluetooth and CarPlay options.

Next remove it from iPhone again Bluetooth and CarPlay settings.

Next restart phone.

Now make sure Bluetooth and WiFi on iPhone. Now mate it with car. 1st wireless. It should work.

Q#1: Have you tried to remove your Iphone from the phone list in your MMI and then tried to pair it again?

Q#2: If your IPhone has a Lightning type connector, do you also struggle with charging it at home? If yes, then just clean it with a wooden toothpick to remove all dust (mainly clothe fibers from pants or jacket pockets) accumulated in the connector
