Passenger window not working

Hi all

I have a skoda fabia 2015 1.2 tsi monte carlo

The passenger window won't go up or down. I've changed the motor and switches and even changed the regulator but all that happens when I press the switch is a tick noise coming from the motor. I've check the fuses and they are good. Can anyone help me what this might be. Many thanks
