Hi. I had last visit end of June. 1st - i have received "full" software update. Dont know if it has anything related to the evap issue.

Second - dealer told me, that my evap issue is already known at the factory. It has recall for many cars, and that they change the fuel pressure senson, that causes evap system error, and check engine light.

The funny thing is, that i need to wait till mid of August, when dealer will receive the fuel pressure sensor, because factory has not enought at the moment. So, I am waiting. Interesting thing is, that check engine didnt poped up yet. Plus, dealer said, it safe to drive in any way... will update all of you, when its done.

Regards

Hello all from Turkey.

Same issue has been occured for me.

Check engine light illuminates two days later when I received the car from the dealer. The service erase the fault from the test set and has an explain that getting the first fuel of the car this lights can illuminate.

After one months the lights pops up again. This time seevice get the car and change the fuel evap sensor. I have to wait 20 days for this action because there is no spare in Turkiye.

After changing the sensor and new software i deliver my car. After 4 hours the light pops up. Now there is nothing to do extra we yave to wait for the next software update service said. What about your problem? Is there any solution?

Regards.

Hi!

Mine is still in the dealer 6 weeks now. They have changed lots of sensors, pipes and active charcoal reservoir... Still the same...

They gave me a brand new kodiaq to run while they fix my superb so i will wait until they are able to fix it...

Dear All,

My story is still not finished. I am still waiting for fuel pressure valve to be changed. But after large update in June, i had zero errors.

Dear all

Yesterday, my magic light 😄 goes off suddenly. I think it is about the software bug and still goes off till now. If it illuminates again, I will inform you.

Update - I went to dealer to ask where the promissed fuel pressure valve is. It had to arrive on week 33. Unfortunatelly, the factory delayed the delivery to week 41 :( but in general, i have no errors after large software update. So you guys, should ask the dealer for the update first. Maybe it solves the issue...

MIne has changed de fuel pressure valve and it keeps showing the same error.. The car is on the dealer for 7 weeks now. They gave me a brand new Kodiaq to run so i will keep waiting for them to fix the problem. I agree that it must be some bug in the software because the car runs fine with the error...

Update:

After more than 3 months at the dealer and lots of parts changed, they discovered a bad connection in a plug. I don't know exactly which one, but it had 2 pins burned. Supposedly, the plug was not entirely connected from the factory and caused all this trouble.

In my case , I was completely upset with the situation and demanded a new car, and I have had it since yesterday.

I hope this can help others with the same problem.

Dear All,

My issue is solved since couple of months. Evap system pressure valve was changed. The issue didnt occured anymore. This case is known at the factory, so please demand your dealers to get in touch with the factory and ask for updated valve model.

Best regards,
