Can I increase slightly the Idle speed of my 2007 1.2HTP (70bhp) Skoda fabia 2

Followed a Youtube video for VAG generally but when I go engine then adaptations there are no adaptations , box greyed out.

Do I need to enter a code first to unlock the adaptations, if so, what code?
