I've just had one of these bulbs go on my 2016 Superb Mk. 3, the bulb is located at the outside of the main bulb cluster and I've read they are a nightmare to replace.

The bulb is a PW16W, but can someone tell me if it's a LED, Halogen or Xenon bulb and would it be worth changing it for a LED bulb, which I'm assuming would last longer.

Finally, I've read of several ways to change it, but what is the easiest way to do it.

Any help is appreciated.
