Just wanted to drop in and say hi

Yesterday I bought a used Octavia 1.8T Ambiente from 2002! Found this forum while googling the option codes in the service manual. Still have a few unresolved codes, but perhaps that is for another thread

My previous car was a Mazda 626 2.2i from 1990. Extremely reliable, good baggage compartment, power and torque enough (for me) as well as fair economy. Found these same things in the Octavia.. I think my diving gear will fit nicely into the trunk of this car
