Skoda Octavia A5 II Restyling radio code (safe mode swing)

Featured Replies

Hi everyone!

I have an original Swing radio in my 2012 Skoda Octavia A5 (facelift, Ambition trim). After disconnecting the battery, the unit now requires a code.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the code card, but I managed to retrieve the serial number from the unit:

Car VIN: TMBCK41Z6DB153164

Model: GRO-633

Serial: SKZ4Z2M13993076

Is there any chance someone could help me recover the radio code? I’d be really grateful.

Thanks in advance!

There are a few online services but I got mine from the dealership although it was a few years ago. I gave them the reg and vin and they managed to find the code. At that time it was a small independant dealership and as the car had come from them they didn't charge me anything

My dealership was closed twice. If only there is even a solution with charge, but they propose to come with car for "diagnostics"
