overheating

Featured Replies

have a superb lll 2016 4x4 190hp.

after timing belt and water pump change the engine gets hotter when the car is driven hard, have never experienced an engine going over 90,c before.

bleeding procedure with vdcs has been followed.

if you drive more slowly again the temperature drops immediately.

have checked that the timing belt kit from SKF is correct. it is a water pump with a wire. don't know what that wire is for if it is a valve or something like that.

no engine fault codes. but i think the fan is running less now than before.
