sounds cooked, for months when I’ve been turning it off hot and coming back later it does this weird revving thing where it revs up and down past 1k, then just levels its self out now today it’s decided to do this🤣will not turn over

The oil change now might point to a faulty oil pressure sensor. Are there any fault codes stored? Another simple point would be the battery either bad connection or low voltage/failing. My octavia did weird things when my battery was failing. Dash lit up like a christmas tree with loads of warnings.

That's a sign of an almost dead battery, you might have to get the battery replaced if it turns out to be bad.

You should it able to start it with a jump pack on for now though.
