Alarm fault

Hi all I'm new here I have a fabia 1.6 TDI se the minute I remove the key from the ignition the alarm goes off I get a check deadlock message on my dash I have to lock the door with the key and about 30 seconds later the alarm goes off I then have to press the unlock button on the key fob then the lock button to stop the alarm sounding then as soon as I unlock the car with the key I have to put key in ignition and switch it to position 2 to stop alarm sounding also car won't lock or unlock with key fob even after replacing the battery any help would be most great full thanks
