i cannot feel / see how the rear metal fuse connections are removed to replace the plastic carcus the fuses fit into

my blower 40amp fuse was constantly needing to be pushed in when the blower stopped working .. then the fuse needed changing (not blown ) ending up with it melting the surrounding shroud ...

ive bought a good second hand one with the various sized metal spade connectors still in but cant find a way to disconnect them and the rear pink inner that holds them wont come out either .... i feel ill need to change the old relay underneath the steering wheel

all very strange and ive searched and searched i will go tomorrow morning and hope skida can advice but wandered if any fellows here could help

trying to get the facts together before i let snyone near it
