Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Recently had a problem where the warning sound will go off (similar to the fuel low sound but repeated several times), but there's no warning light to accompany it. I called the local garage and they were stumped also.

Would be curious to see if this is a known fault or just a random anomaly with my much weathered octy.

Check that all the warning lights on dash pre ignittion are lighting up. Its not unknown for an led to fail or someone bypass or blank them off. You could also get it scanned for fault codes. My sons fabia did similar and noticed ABS/brake warning light wasnt coming on.I removed cluster and reconnected and it came back. The warning was a broken fuse in front of the battery that supplied ABS that would randomly break circuit.
