On getting in car. Pressed brake pedal to put in drive, air bag error now yellow lamp on.

Skoda had earliest appointment convenient for me and them 04/08. they initially offered 21/07 but i cannot get it to them then.

Does it matter? the lamp is yellow

Is it the servicing availability that lets Skoda down?
