Hi, my Roomster greenline is regenerating often ( too often ) a guy came over to change software back to how it was before the ' fix '

He told me it can't be done as DPF filter is breaking up and suggested mapping DPF out completely ( day in garage with modification to exhaust - 3x cost of software rollback ) thing is all I am getting is weekly regens and the dpf light doesn't come on in the dash and the car is lively and doesn't smoke?

Does this sound like DPF failing?

Just went to Suffolk from Sussex then came back and went to Southampton and came back next day with no problems apart from car regenerating day after lol

Any opinions would be welcome as I'm not sure what to do.

( The DPF light has come on since I bought car..about three times and after a good drive it goes out again)
