Skoda Kodiaq 2020 Coolant Leak

Hello

Would anyone be able to tell me the part number for this coolant pipe which has tape around it. I noticed it had a slight rip in the pipe which is causing it to leak coolant which then gives me the low level coolant warning light on the dashboard.

I have searched everywhere but cannot tell if the diagrams I have looked at are correct and matching the pipe needed to repair.
