Been a member for years but never really left. Anyhow got another Skoda, this time it's a 2020 Karoq 1.5tsi dsg. Been a really good car until I had it serviced recently. On a motorway run and something went bang and then lost power. Loud whistling noise. Oh dear. AA man attended to what I thought was a blown turbo. First thing he asks is has it been serviced recently?

Reason being they didn't secure the turbo pipe correctly and it literally blew off and spat the gaskets out. Thankfully an easy fix. He reckons he's fixed loads that have just been serviced. Something definitely needs to change at the main dealers regarding this issue.
