Low Battery on 1.5tsi act manual

Featured Replies

My car has recently been serviced by the dealer, & done 2, 230 mile journeys. Yesterday & today, it had a "flat battery", after being parked overnight without fault.

This afternoon it totally failed, & I had to get a jump start, I now have an Amber engine management light on as well.

Any ideas?

The car is a 2023 Octavia SE L 1.5tsi act, manual box with just 12,000 miles on the clock.

Update, called Skoda Assist on App, they were brilliant, they were with me in 40 mins,

Battery found to be at fault, & replaced, coded to car & all error codes & warnings lights removed, all under warranty!

Very impressed!

It's all to easy to be skeptical/synical of Škoda Assist service claims so it's good to hear that they were so good/efficient. Thanks for the update.
