I currently have a 2018 Karoq with standard cloth seats and I am considering changing them to Leather / Alacantara seating but they only appear in the varioflex system. Has anyone retrofitted varioflex and what additional parts would be required. regards Gordon

I found a car with panoramic roof but 2 pieces rear seats: I wanted to retroft the varioflex but it was more expensive than I thought, then I found (and bought!) a car with varioflex, much better!

I gave up on the project of retrofitting vario-flex due to the lack of information. My local VAG breaker had a good set of vario-flex but did not know how to retrofit this system.
