Communication module with Skoda server

Hello,

I’m trying to locate at my Kodiaq the module which is responsible of communication with Skoda servers.

I talk with Skoda support team and they told me that it is a problem at my module in the communication with the server and that is why I can not use Skoda app function. I would want to try and restart the module without removing the battery from may car.

Can anyone indicate me where it is?
