Battery drain

I have a 1.6 TDI and the battery keeps draining over the course of a couple of days. (It has a drain reading of 140ma). It has a new battery, the alternator does not seem to be the problem. It has no aftermarket products installed. I have removed each fuse (under bonnet and cabin) which made no difference. Door wiring also seems ok. Air con only seems to work on highest setting since I got the car and passenger door does not open from the outside handle but with key fob (if that helps).

Any ideas/similar problem or potential areas to check?
