Switching off Travel Assist, ACC, or Speed Limiter.

Featured Replies

Although I can deactivate Lane Asist and Speed warning, is it the case that one of the three, Travel Assist, ACC or Limiter have to be active, as I can see no way to toggle them off.

In the Mk1, you simply push the cruise control stalk forward to turn the system off (no matter what mode is selected). Is it not the same in the Mk2?

The bottom 3 items are only activated if you pull the stalk (lower left) towards you. They are active assist systems, rather then the top 2 which are warning systems (pinging and clanging at you when you go to fast etc).

If you don’t pull the lower stalk towards you, they are never active
