USB sockets working intermittently. Anyone knows how to fix?

Hello all

I recently bought a 2019 Superb and the USB sockets do not always work: I have USB sockets inside the arm rest and on the ash tray. If one does not work, the other one does so I have to change the cable from one socket to the other. It is very awkward. Has anyone had this issue before or knows how to fix it?
