Hi all, I cant seem to find a straight answer on what Mk3 Badges to get.

I keep hearing Citigo badges fit but are flat but I took my rear badge off (was KO'd anyway) and it is curved.

Could anyone in very plain English tell me what Black and Chrome badges I need for the Bonnet & Boot. A couple of links would be handy.

Haven't had a chance to install them yet. Hoping to try this weekend.

Had a look this weekend - the badges I got definitely aren't a straight swap for the existing ones, and I don't think you can get the newer badge on the front because it has the double tab fitting which I've not seen anywhere else.

I think the solution is going to be to stick the new badges on to the black backing plate (the bit that gets left behind when the old emblem falls off) but that will mean grinding off the two little locating lugs on the back of the new badges I got. I've only had the rear emblem fall off so far.

I might look to see if I can 3D print a solution.

I didn't think it would be a straight forward job judging on the lack of info coming back on this topic.

I do remember on an old MG ZS 180 I had I got hold of some decal stickers that just stuck straight over the top. Worked a treat and looked good. Maybe someone, somewhere might have made these? Or I might see if I can get some done.

Turns out I got the dreaded curved badges, and the flat ones cost a lot more and still aren't a straight swap.

I'm definitely tempted to print something to fit these badges given that they're so common.

I ended up flattening my curved badges somehow, probably with a hammer. They're still on a few years later, although the paint has flaked away.. probably from the hammer

Where did you order the badges from? or are going to?
