Need help adjusting the hood latch/hinge

Hello everyone, as the title says, I would very much appreciate it, if someone could help me out adjusting the hood latch on my MY20. I need to raise it about 1-2 mm , however I tried adjusting the torx screw but would not budge. I gave up, since I might be doing something wrong and would not want to mess up the thread.
