The NSR seat belt in my 2004 vRS Octavia Estate Mk1 (1U5) is damaged and I have an MOT coming up. The label on the belt is very worn but the bits I can read look like 1U? 857 447 ??? I think the last 3 digits are just the colour (Black) and logically the first three characters should be 1U5 but it's too worn to make it out for definite. The middle six digits I'm fairly confident about. I'm trying to locate one without paying dealer prices. I don't know if they are handed (??) Presumably, they are. The dealer/TPS part number might be 1U5 857 805 x (yet to be confirmed) However, I think that's for a complete assembly and I just need the belt.
If anyone knows for sure what is the correct part number and/or they know the whereabouts of one of these for sale, I'd be obliged.

Look at the label of the belt on the other side to help (maybe) fill in the missing characters.

I might have a spare, but I won't be able to look for another week. If you need it fairly quickly, speak to Gav on the MK1 Octavia FB group. He has about 4/5 MK1 vRS's currently breaking.

The MOT is still over a month away so I have a bit of time. I will keep searching in the meantime and update here if I find something. If you do think you have one, please let me know. TIA.

This morning I've been able to confirm the part number: it's 1U9 857 447 041 (Why 1U9 I don't know??)
