More air in there gives more cushioning , any little is welcome 5mm all round the tyre will definetely be better. OZ rims fitting as quality strong and larger air gap than some cheaper wheels . Will feedback with findings 👌

Depends on the pressure of the more air. Then sidewalls and if XL (Reinforced or not) So maybe lose some supposed sportiness of the handing for more comfort, or roll.

Just noticed i have Laufenn tyres all round on the stock wheels , obviously changed the contis down to these at skoda , 1st time I noticed ,

Thats cool but not good when your order specified contis in January on the car spec .

The Skoda 'configurator' for UK-specification Fabia cars currently indicates that five brands of tyre (Continental, Goodyear, Kumho, Laufenn, Nexentire) may be factory-fitted depending on the particular model and wheel-diameter that the buyer has chosen.

15" wheels may have Continental, Goodyear or Kumho.

16" wheels may have Goodyear or Nexentire.

17" wheels may have Laufenn or Kumho.

18" wheels will have Laufenn.

I'm sure that the contract that the buyer signs will have a clause warning that the vehicle's specification is not set in stone and that the manufacturer has the right to change it.

Anyway 17s are on with ps5s , car drives so much nicer imho so all good here 🥰🤗
