Just had a second hand Injector fitted

The Top picture is now with the used injector fitted into the 3rd injector from the Cam belt

However the below picture is of the other day while diagnosing the injector Solenoid Ground Fault problem

Does this seem correct?

Car feels lumpy at 40mph

But also feels faster than just before it went into limp mode with Cylinder 3 Ground Fault problem

Does it go 1-3-4-2

Does this mean my number 4 injector needs replacing?

They removed Two Injectors have they damaged the other?
