Was fitting mudflaps today to my 24 octi estate and noticed the rear exhaust has no under tray where the opposite side has

Is this correct ..

If it's like the older cars then if you can see the exhaust exposed then that is the exhaust ! If you see an under-tray then there is no exhaust !

    It doesn't look correct its completely exposed with the holes visible and the carpet part from the arch runs down and meets noting.
