Hi,

I've replaced the battery yet I'm unable to resync.

I've followed the instructions:

1. Press any key

2. unlock & open the door

While trying to start the engine it says key not recognized (or something similar, it's in Hebrew)

What am I doing wrong? I really don't want the garage involved as starting last week, I'm out of warranty (right on time! ) :(

Took me a while to figure this one out.

1. Remove the battery.

2. Press some keys

3. Insert the new battery (again)

Done, no need in manually unlocking or anything else, it just worked and I was able to unlock the car and start it.

Probably the battery didn't go in cleanly the first time. I suspect stage 2 was not necessary.

It was, I tried to insert and remove several times for these 2 remotes. it didn't work without that step, it didn't even had the red blip before pressing them.
